January journey challenge 2025

**January 1**: summarize last year in one word?  Faith.. 2024 definitely tested my faith.


**January 2**: what words do you bring with you into the new year? Self-worth **:** a sense of one's own value as a human

Faith (the star word for church )


**January 3**: what advice would you give last year you? Be patient and take it one step at a time.


**January 4**: where would you like to see yourself in 365 days? I would like to learn more about myself and tune in to my feelings.


**January 5**: three moments from the holidays you would like to remember? Quality time with family, peace in my family, and laughter between each other.


**January 6**: One thing you learned about yourself last year? That lust feels a lot like love.

That my feelings mimic other people feelings, I am trying to understand my own feelings.


**January 7**: One thing you’re looking forward to this year? My trip it’s almost here.


**January 8**: Challenge you over came last year?  Who is my true friend and who can I delete off my social media account


**January 9**: something that made you proud last year? Getting out of Comfort zone


**January 10**: mistakes that help you grow? Having other people Actions affect me.


**January 11**: projects you’ve been putting off? Cleaning my room 


**January 12**: someone who had it impact in your life last year? TBD… myself 


**January 13:** Something new to try:  I would like to try a food that I am afraid to try.


**January 14**: favorite memory from last year?  I love that during the holidays it was so peaceful.


**January 15**: what can you do more of ? Love people around me.


**January 16**: how can you do less? Less picking side, and make my own decisions


**January 17**: what New or big goal for this year? Know my self worth 


**January 18**: five big changes you’d like to change this year? 1) think for myself 2) get out more 3) be more assertive 4) love more 5) live more


**January 19**: what is something you are going to say no to this year? Being afraid to try new things 


**January 20**: what would you like to say yes to this year: to the true me


**January 21**: pick five affirmations for this year. You’re smart, you’re independent, you’re beautiful, you’re love, great friend 


**January 22**: 6 things that made you proud last year:  making though a tough time with family, getting out of my comfort zone, be more patient with my members, being OK with not being on social media (TikTok), have no sugar for 30 days, learning a little about myself, 


**January 23**: three goal to keep on working on: Focus on myself, find Solutions for when I get upset, save money lol


**January 24**: three self-care habits, you’d like to try? Go for walk, read more books, enjoy time by myself 


**January 25**: what do you see in someone else life that you wanna see and yours?  More self-awareness


**January 26**: Physical health how would you want to work on it?  Do some form of exercise.


**January 27**: how would you work or improve your mental health?  Keep the focus on myself 


**January 28**:  how would you work on or improve your spiritual help? Put my faith in god.


**January 29**:  how would you improve or work on your emotional health? Trying not to worry about the little things 


**January 30**: how would you improve or work on your financial health? Spend less and spend the money I do have and not put it on my CC.


**January 31**: what is one way you already lived into your word for 2025?  So far 2025 has been a long one and and we just finished January, it is going to be a long 4 years. “ I will not give into the lies. I will not give into fear.”

Thanksgiving 2024

 Family is very important to me and it always has been but I hate to think how other family’s Thanksgiving may look different this year for a whole bunch of family.  Since the election, I whole lot of people will not be spending thanksgiving with their families.  Either they are disowned by their family or they disowned their own family and I get it, but It still breaks my heart to see people betrayed by their own family. I am very blessed, that it did not happen to my family yet.  We all basically on the same page except my uncle but he will keep his mouth shut. No matter how you are spending thanksgiving this year.  Please try to find something you are grateful for. This month I did a gratitude calendar and I answered questions accordingly and wrote them down.  I will put everything this on my blog (hopefully) on December 1st.
